These terms apply to the Simple & Classic Games website and apps by Delta Engineering Labs.

Use of the apps

You may use the apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not misuse the apps, interfere with their operation, or attempt to copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or the App Store terms.

Purchases

Downloads, in-app purchases, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may apply its own terms and policies to those transactions.

Website content

The website provides product information, support information, and marketing pages for the apps. The content may change as the apps are updated.

No warranty

The website and apps are provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranties are made about uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or fitness for a particular purpose.
